As an Experience Strategist at Kaiser Permanente, I lead national initiatives across eight regions to tackle healthcare’s most complex challenges. I use human-centered design and systems thinking to bridge business, technology, and design—creating experiences that deliver meaningful impact at scale.

My work includes helping members proactively plan for end-of-life care to improve dignity and choice, driving digital health transformation by redesigning the video visit experience for 12.6 million patients, and streamlining new member onboarding to create a seamless start to care.

I thrive in ambiguity & complexity, and I have a passion for human stories and collaboration across cross-disciplinary teams. With a background in visual communication and art, I bring an integrator’s mindset—synthesizing diverse user needs into best-in-class, end-to-end experiences.
